M&E Manager nr Farnborough
The client who are part of a National Group are looking for a M&E Manager to join their team.
With 120 + bedrooms the hotel caters to the corporate market as it’s general business with 8 meeting rooms for up to 250 guests in the largest suite as well as various boardrooms to offer.
As M&E Manager it is your role to lead and manage the team day to day and to ensure a consistency of service standards at all times,also to work in the company SOP’s to achieve this assisted by the team of an Assistant Manager and 2 Supervisors along with bank staff that will assist when required.
You will train team members as well as control departmental costs.
Report direct to the General Manager with career development and growth available.
£28k + benefits,bonus
