General Manager – Perthshire
I am looking for a client with a 4 star 2 rosette hotel in Perthshire for a hands on General Manager to come on board and manage the day to day operations.
The hotel offers bespoke luxury in superb countryside with fantastic vistas of the surrounding countryside.
As General Manage you will manage all aspects of the day to day operation working with the team to ensure the highest standards of guest care at all times.
The hotel also has a 2 rosette restaurant and is looking for further awards moving forward so will suit and individual with knowledge of fine dining as well as managing all aspects of the hotel.
So you experience will extend to room sales,revenue management and the ability to work to key targets which will include the budget and P&L.
Reporting to the Regional Director this will suit and individual looking for a 2nd position as GM from a luxury background.
