F&B Manager – Manchester
This new vacancy in a central Manchester venue are recruiting for an F&B Manager to join their team.
The role will be to manage all aspects of F&B within the operation which includes a 100 + cover restaurant,also bar and lounge areas as well as also the hotels M&E areas of the business.
The person will have the ability and skills to create a vibrant,exciting offering across the city and with their skills be able to generate and develop the market across the clients of Manchester and surrounding regions.
Your role will be hands on to lead and manage your team and also to drive and develop the concept as well as work with and train team members to ensure the highest standards of service in all areas of the business.
Also to manage and control costs including wages,wet liquor margins and to develop sales.
Reporting direct to the General Manager this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an exciting new challenge.
