Assistant Manager – Farnborough
I am working with a group hotel in the Farnborough area who are presently looking to recruit for an Assistant Manager for their restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel has over 100 bedrooms with good quality restaurant and attracts both the hotel residents as well as being popular with the local community in the area.
Your role as Assistant Manager is to work with the Manager and assist in the day to day operation and to ensure a consistent standard of service at all times.
The restaurant offers breakfast,lunch and dinner and also a traditional Sunday roast that appeals across the area and offers good quality food and service and you will be required to maintain this working with the team.
Also to ensure high standards you will be training and developing the team which consists of both full time and casual team members.
The role also requires you to be able to open and close the restaurant so good cash and EPOS is important as well as working to achieve financial targets for sales and control and manage costs.
Reporting to the Manager this is a role that will attract an individual looking to take a step up from a supervisor role.
