So another new exciting role just become available for a senior position at this superb venue in the Cheshire/Staffs are for a Head of Hotel Operations vacancy.
The business is in rural location in it’s own well appointed grounds with stunning views of the area.
The building is grand and elegant and the fixtures and fittings are kept in touch with the historic past but are also bespoke and suited to the venue.
Presently the operation consists of approx 50 + bedrooms with an award winning restaurant,also there is various other F&B outlets across the hotel as well as offering 1st class leisure and spa treatments.
You will oversee and manage the business day to day and work with the team to deliver great guest service at all times.
Work with the team and ensure a clear direction and focus on supporting the HOD’s and their team members and to offer training and development to all individuals to ensure progression of their knowledge of the role and the importance of their position within the operation.
Assist the management to deliver in all key areas including developing sales and revenue and to control and manage costs to drive key figures to achieve targets and profit margins.
Reporting to the company directors this role is suited to a highly accomplished Hotel Manager or Director of Operations.
