Head Housekeeper – nr Solihull
Recruiting for a hands on Head Housekeeper to join this well established 4 star group hotel with 100 + bedrooms and large multi outlet F&B services and with superb gym,leisure and spa facilities located near Solihull in the West Midlands area.
As the Head Housekeeper it is your role to lead and manage the department and team in the day to day operations and also to manage and control all costs associated with the department which includes linen stock,wage costs as well as the cleaning materials and staff cots for payroll.
Working to achieve great guest feedback from both the corporate guests and leisure clients who use the hotel.
You will also be part of the hotel management team and as such will work as a Duty Manager on a rota basis.
The team are a key part of the hotel and so you will also deliver training and development to each team member and keep a focused and motivated department.
Reporting direct to the General Manager and as part of the senior management team of the hotel.
You will attend weekly HOD meetings and working together with other HOD’s create a positive work place for all team members.
