Presently recruiting for this superb high end operation based close to Wycombe for a hands on Head Chef to join their kitchen team.
The role is to lead the kitchen team in day to day operations and ensure the food preparation is always to the highest standards and to maximise the guest experience.
Working with a team of Chefs and supported with a Sous Chef,Jr Sous and various chef de parties to work with you.
You will also develop all team members with ongoing training and also to attend training courses that are available either with the in house HR team and local college providers.
As well as being hands on you will manage all health and safety,food hygiene in line with legislation for any EHO inspections.
Manage as well the food stocks and ordering and working with the Sous Chef to support you and work to achieve the required costs for the department with wages and also to achieve the agreed food GP margins.
Create a positive work environment with the team and also other departments with a focus on the F&B team.
Attend the management meetings and report direct to the General Manager.
The operations is also recruiting for various chef positions with salaries from £36k for Chef de Parties and £45k for Sous Chef roles.
