Head Chef – Winchester area
Presently looking to recruit a hands on Head Chef for this 4 star group hotel in the Winchester area.
The hotel offers approx 50 + bedrooms along with 100 cover restaurant using fresh,seasonal and local produce to a high standard.
Also the hotel is a popular wedding venue is the local area and caters for 50 + weddings per year as well as conference and events area for up to 150 guests.
There is also a leisure club and pool available at the hotel for hotel residents and also local residents.
As Head Chef you will be managing the day to day kitchen operations and ensure a high standard of food in all areas of the hotel at all times.
Working with and supporting the team to deliver a consistency and also be able to offer ongoing training and development to all team members.
Also to manage the department costs for wages,food GP margins,all health and safety and all kitchen management.
Reporting to the General Manager and also be able to write and develop menu’s in line with the company policy.
