Head Chef – Windsor area
Recruiting for a Head Chef for an award winning 4 star managed group hotel to lead their kitchen team and operation.
As Head Chef responsible for the day to day workings of the kitchen and team and to ensure a high standard and consistency of the food served throughout all areas of the hotel.
The hotel has 50 bedrooms along with rosette awarded restaurant of 60 covers and also C&B for approx 150 guests in the largest suite.
This is a hands on role working with the kitchen brigade and ensure the best standards at all times,developing team members through training,communication and leading.
As HOD you will also support the hotel management team and attend relevant meetings when required.
Also writing menus,menu costings and to control and manage kitchen costs to achieve the agreed budget and food GP %.
Reporting to the General Manager and also dotted line to company director.
