Head Chef – rural Cheshire 

I am working with a client who is taking over a venue in rural Cheshire close to Chester/Wrexham area and looking for a capable hands on Head Chef.

The venue is presently closed for refurbishment and due to open mid October and is going to be offering high end gastro pub style food using all fresh,local produce.

Previously the pub has held a great reputation in the area for the food and service and the new owner is looking for it to again become known in the region for general hospitality.

The role is going to be a hands on position working with a small team and you will be able to play a part in the recruitment of that team and be involved in all aspects of the kitchen including menus,suppliers,as well as food hygiene and safety standards.

So if you are looking to work with a passionate hands on owner this is the role for you.

The location is approx 20 minutes from Wrexham and Chester and so you will need to be a driver.

£30K,benefits,bonus
