Head Chef – Windermere

Great new vacancy in 4 star group hotel with restaurant as well as M&E areas based near Windermere.

This role is a hands on vacancy to work with a focused and driven team offering a high standard of food.

You will manage day to day kitchen operations and ensure standards for food hygiene,health and safety and to achieve the food gross profit margins.

Working as part of the management team and supporting the General Manager and operations this is a key appointment in the hotel.

£30k,benefits,bonus
