Great new vacancy for Head Chef nr Chester
Start of the week and another great vacancy given to me from a great General Manager and hotel based nr Chester. The client is recruiting for a Head Chef to join the management team in this 4 star hotel with super F&B facilities which includes a Brasserie,C&B for up to 300 in largest suite as well as lounge and all day casual dining available. The Head Chef will manage all day to day kitchen operations working with and supporting the team,also involved in menu planning,working with suppliers to negotiate rates and be inclusive with the team for assisting in this as well as planning and training all team members.
Neg salary with bonus and benefits.
