Presently recruiting for this well known and highly regarded hospitality company with operations in the North of England as well as locations in the Midlands with an eclectic portfolio.
This operation in North Yorkshire is a superb part of the rural area is looking to recruit for a Head Chef for this gastro pub with rooms.
The venue is a bespoke offering and attracts the local clients as well as a strong trade with visitors and walkers to the area.
It offers clients various rooms across the business and caters year round.
With super vistas of the local area and being in a central location,the food and service on offer is well known and the menu is modern British using seasonal produce with a modern twist and also has a great mix of beers and drinks available.
You can also have an event,function or wedding as it can cater for up to 100 guests in their suite.
As Head Chef you will be working with and managing the team and be able to create great food and a consistent standard and working from company menus with specials and the function room is menus to the requirements of the client.
Working with the team and be able to offer training and development and as well manage hygiene standards,all food safety in line with EHO etc.
Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the senior team,be able to create a positive working environment for all employees and team members.
