Head Chef Liverpool  

This expanding hotel company with operations across the UK with new builds in various locations are recruiting for a hands on Head Chef to join their team.

The operation consists of a 100 cover grill restaurant concept that serves breakfast,lunch and dinner and is using a branded menu concept with a focus on fresh food and being able to ensure a consistency to ensure the quality required.

 

Working as part of the senior management of the site it is important that you take an integral part and ownership of the kitchen and deliver as required as well to manage all back of house areas including kitchen hygiene,food safety standards and ensure a 5 star rating when inspected.

As such you will have the skills and ability to work with the venue and company management teams to create and develop and influence the direction of the business and development of the company.

The role is a hands on position,you will be working with the kitchen brigade and to assist,support and offer ongoing training and development to each member of the team.

Involvement in all aspects of the kitchen which will include dealing with suppliers and ensuring you are getting the best produce,also working to achieve the agreed targets which includes Food GP,wage costs and the general hygiene and legal areas of the kitchen.

Reporting direct to the General Manager and company Managers this role will suit an individual looking for a new challenge and to be able to drive and develop the food offering.

£36k,bonus,£3k + tips and benefits.
