New vacancy for Head Chef, Liverpool region

Head Chef required for this client in a location near to the major road networks of the area and close to Liverpool.

The client requires a hands on Head Chef to join their kitchen team and to manage all day to day kitchen operations in this 70 + bedrooms hotel,the facilities include a casual dining restaurant and also 6 M&E rooms with the largest for over 200 guests and also popular bar that also serves food.

As Head Chef and as part of the senior management of the operation you will have an involvement in the day to day kitchen operations and to ensure and create a safe and enjoyable working environment and to assist,support and offer ongoing training and development to each member of the team.

You will have involvement in all aspects of the kitchen which will include ordering online from suppliers and working to achieve the agreed targets which includes Food GP,wage costs and the general hygiene and legal requirements of the kitchen.

Reporting direct to the General Manager this role will suit an individual who is looking to move away from central menus,suppliers etc.

£33k,bonus and benefits.
