Head Chef – Liverpool    

Prestigious hotel based in central Liverpool are presently recruiting for a a hands on Head Chef as part of their kitchen brigade and senior management team within the hotel.

The hotel is part of a group and offers superb location in the city as well as offering guests excellent standards of bedrooms and food and beverage areas within the hotel.

Your role will be to have the ability and skills required to lead the team to be focused and driven and deliver the required food standards in all areas of the hotel’s food operations which includes a 100 cover restaurant,popular lounge area serving all day items as well as conferences and banqueting for over 150 guests in the largest suite

To also be involved in all aspects of the day to day operation,managing the team with training and development and working to high standards.

You will also be managing department costs including wages, food gross profit margins as well as all food safety and health and hygiene.

The hotel invites a mix of corporate clients and leisure and as well hosts guests across the region for events,conferences atc as well as weddings and conferences, reporting to the Operations Manager.
