Recruiting at present for this luxury 5 star hotel close to Glasgow and looking for a Exec Head Chef to join the company.
The hotel ha approx 50 bedrooms with a fine dining restaurant and a casual dining Brasserie.
The food is all fresh,seasonal and local and working with the finest produce to create fantastic dishes for the hotel’s clients.
Also there are events and functions spaces in the hotel catering for up to 150 guest in the main function suite as well as being a busy venue for events,conferences etc.
You will lead and manage the team day to day and ensure the quality is always maintained.
Manage the food stocks and ordering to achieve the required food GP margins as well as all food health and safety and work to achieve the food hygiene scores.
Create a positive work a positive work environment with all departments and offer ongoing training and development for all team members.
Attend weekly HOD meetings as well when possible the 10 at 10 for the day to day events in the hotel.
Reporting direct to the General Manager.
