Great new exciting vacancy in great location in Cumbria
Head Chef – Cumbria
This well known expanding group are presently looking for a Head Chef for a refurbished operation up in the Lakes.
The business consists of bedroom stock with large restaurant,terrace and general food and beverage areas of the venue.
As such looking for a hands on Head Chef that can deliver the quality for food as well as ensure that this is maintained during peak trading in summer with they expect upwards of 300 covers a day.
So with breakfast and all day dining on offer it is a busy operation that requires a focused,driven and commited Head Chef to be able to manage a team of 6/7 chefs and also KP’s and work with each team member to deliver a great customer experience.
Also managing kitchen health and hygiene,food safety standards as well as being able to offer daily specials as well as the main menu that the company offers across their varied operations,all food is fresh and as seasonal as possible,so also understanding food and wage costs is part of the role.
£35k,bonus,benefits and live in available if required
