Head Chef/Consultant – Sussex
Working with a client who is doing some consultancy for a great venue down in Sussex area with the location near the coast.
Their client is looking for a interim Head Chef/Consultant to assist in planning and developing new menus based on modern Mediterranean food that uses all fresh produce and also to attract the local clientele.
This position will be to start for 3 months with the possibility of up to 6 months available.
The venue also has space for private events and the person will be planning new menu ideas for this area also.
You will need a good knowledge of the style of food and to be able to lead and transform the kitchen operations but to continue to work with the present kitchen team and Head Chef.
So also have experience of training and developing the team and to teach new skills and cooking techniques.
This role can be salaried of be self employed.
