Head Chef – Cheshire
This 4 star group hotel based in the heart of Cheshire are recruiting for a Head Chef to join their team.
The hotel has extensive services which includes a rosette restaurant,all day casual dining lounge as well as C&B for up to 200 guests in the largest suite as well as various other meeting rooms.
As Head Chef you will work with and support the team in the day to day management of all aspects of the kitchen and to ensure a consistency of standards as well as all H&S,food safety and to train and develop team members in their roles and to be more productive and qualified chefs.
Part of the management team you will also oversee all kitchen management with regards to food costs,wages and to achieve the required food gross profit margins.
Reporting direct to the Operations Manager and working with a team that consists of Sous Chef,Chef de Parties as well as Breakfast Chef,commis chefs and kitchen porters.
