Head Chef – nr Chester
This 4 star group hotel are looking to appoint a Head Chef to join their kitchen team and to be able to deliver in their award winning restaurant as well as same standards within the C&B department catering to events,conferences as well as weddings.
This vacancy requires a hands on individual with great cooking skills to lead and support the kitchen team to ensure standards are maintained at all times as well as the food health and hygiene required.
You will be involved in planning menus and to deliver an agreed food and wage cost margin to achieve the hotel and company budget.
Reporting direct to the Hotel Manager and as part of the senior management team.
£40k,benefits,bonus
