Head Chef – Bournemouth

This national hotel company with operations across the UK are presently recruiting for a Head Chef for their venue based close to Bournemouth centre.

The hotel with great links to all major roads and rail in the Bournemouth has 100 + bedrooms with various F&B outlets which includes 100 + cover restaurant serving breakfast,lunch and dinner,also casual dining facility and M&E for over 200 guests in the hotels largest suite.

Your role as Head Chef is hands on the manage an efficient team and be able to ensure the required standards are achieved in all areas,they being the food produced in all F&B areas,food safety as well as HACCP,food gross profit margins as well as food stocks and ordering.

You will work and support the Sous Chef and junior team members and offer training and development to assist you to run a successful operation.

Reporting direct to the General Manager and as part of the senior management team and attend management meetings etc

£35k,bonus,benefits
