The client based in rural location in Gloucestershire are presently recruiting for a hands-on Head Chef to lead their operation and to help maintain their rosette for the award winning restaurant.
You will be working with an established and settled team highly skilled chefs & and to create a positive work environment and as part of the community for this well-loved local
As Head Chef you will lead the team, ensuring the food is served to the highest of quality, all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant & undertake the training/recruitment
of future kitchen team members ranging from KP’s to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.
The business currently caters across a terrace bar menu, restaurant menu, private dining rooms suitable for 8 – 30 guests or larger functions suites for dinners and events catering for
over 240 guests.
You will have the ability to have creative input into the menu and working alongside the GM, creating seasonal menus using all fresh local food.
The client requires the chef to work 45 hours per week over 5 days, shift start times can vary
depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
