Head Chef – Liverpool
£40k,benefits,pension up to 3%,training and development,40 hour contract
Recruiting for this 4 star Liverpool hotel recruiting for a hands on Head Chef.
The hotel has approx 100 + bedrooms with 100 cover restaurant and events and function space for 150 + guests.
You will be managing the team and ensure and maintain food standards at all times,there are regular menu changes and also catering with varied menus for the events and function areas of the hotel.
The restaurant is open for breakfast,lunch and dinner and serving hotel guests and also popular with the local residents and also a traditional Sunday lunch.
You will supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen
Manage and train kitchen staff
Oversee inventory management and ordering of food supplies
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Manage the food stocks and controls Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
