Restaurant Head Chef – Nantwich area

£40,000, company benefits, pension, parking, company discounts,service charge

Presently recruiting this great role for a highly established client in the Crewe/Nantwich area and looking for an experienced hands on Head Chef to lead this operation.

The client is looking for a Head Chef with ideally a rosette or high standards background and the ability and skills to deliver a great food offering at all times.

This is a 4 star hotel with 100 + bedrooms offering a modern menu with a twist of influences using generally fresh food in their 100 cover main hotel restaurant.

The key areas of the role include,

Lead the kitchen team in the day to day operations

Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen.

Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members.

Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* scores on the doors.

Continuously motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time.

The Head Chef plays an integral role in training and development junior team members.
