Head Chef – near Northwich

Presently working with this client in this beautifully located hotel venue in rural Cheshire area who are recruiting for a Head Chef to join their operation.
This is a great role with the involvement of creating menus and dishes and be involved in all of the key aspects of the kitchen.
This hotel is well known in the area and attracts local clients as well as being popular with the corporate and leisure markets offering it’s great food and service and also superb facilities which includes a leisure club and spa.
The menu’s offered are generally modern British with a mix of traditional items and using mainly fresh.
You will be working with a team of chefs and create a positive work environment for the kitchen and interacting with the front of house department.
As Head Chef you will lead the team, ensuring the food is served to the highest of quality, all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant & undertake the training/recruitment of future kitchen team members ranging from KP’s to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.
The client requires the chef to work 45 hours per week over 5 days, shift start times can vary depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
