Presently working with this client in this beautifully located venue in rural Cheshire area who are recruiting for a Head Chef to join their operation.
This is a great role with the ability to be involved in creating dishes for the menus and and be involved in all of the key aspects of the kitchen and menus offered to clients.
This is a well known and well regarded venue with great food and service and well used by local population and customers travelling to the site as a venue of choice in the local area.
The menu is modern British with a mix of traditional items and using fresh,local producers with a focus on sustainability.
You will be working with a team of chefs and create a positive work environment for the kitchen and interacting with the front of house department.
As Head Chef you will lead the team, ensuring the food is served to the highest of quality, all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant & undertake the training/recruitment of future kitchen team members ranging from KP’s to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.
The client requires the chef to work 45 hours per week over 5 days, shift start times can vary depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
