£30k,bonus,tips approx £3k per year,pension,training,development,
Presently working with this highly acclaimed client in the Windermere area recruiting for a hands on Head Bartender for their 4 star luxury hotel located in superb location overlooking the lake and countryside.
As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:
– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
– Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
– Process payments accurately and efficiently
– Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
– Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
