Recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager for a 4 star hotel near Chester
Guest Relations Manager – great hotel and veneu nr Chester
Looking for a client in this well appointed 4 star hotel with super facilities which includes an award winning restaurant,large conference and events areas as well as full leisure club and spa as well as outside events.
As a Guest Relations Manager you will work on a rota basis to cover as a Duty Manager and ensure that all areas of the hotel are delivering a 1st class guest service at all times.
Working with the HOD’s and their respective teams and be there to support and assist when required during peak times within all departments of the hotel and to ensure that each guest has the service standards the hotel is known for.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager the shifts will be early or lates on a rota basis and to work with your colleagues and be the face of the business when on duty.
The hours of work are 5 over 7 with 2 days off per week.
