Great new vacancy for this outstanding luxury hotel nr Ashford in Kent for a Guest Relations Manager to join their management tea.
This role is a hands on position to ensure and deliver great guest services at all times for the hotels clients.
The hotel has 50 + bedrooms with various facilities which includes main hotel restaurant,main bar and lounge as well as various events spaces throughout the hotel.
Your role is to meet and greet all guests upon arrival and departure and work as part of the hotel management team.
The hotel is part of a national group and offers a superb guest experience across all venues and is well known in the industry.
Also the hotel has full leisure and spa facilities for both hotel guests and is also popular for the day guest using these services and generally along with an Afternoon Tea experience.
Working with the hotel reception team and liaising with them for any VIP guest arrivals as well as other HOD’s in the hotel and to be aware of the events and functions taking place in the hotel and to take the lead dealing with the organisers upon arrival.
This role would suit someone with great guest service experience and to take a more senior lead role.
Reporting the Operations Manager and attend daily and weekly HOD meetings.
£35k,benefits,bonus,pension
