We are presently recruiting for a Guest Relations Manager for this fantastic hotel based in central Manchester area.

The hotel has 100 + bedrooms with various facilities which includes a 120 cover main hotel restaurant and bar,also various meeting rooms with the largest for up to 200 guests and other meeting/event rooms.

Your role is to lead and manage the teams in the guest facing areas of the hotel that includes concierge and reception teams and also working closely with the FOH Manager as well as housekeeping department day to day and ensure a great customer journey at all times.

Working to ensure a consistency of service at all times and assist the guest during their time in the hotel.

Create a positive work environment the teams as well as all staff throughout the hotel.

Manage all security with the support of the operational teams and to deal with any guest issues whilst on duty.

Report directly to the Operations Manager and to be able to make a positive impact for the hotel and company.

A key area of the position is to be the face of the hotel during the peak check in times for guests ideally from 5 pm to 8 pm and to assist and guide the guests,to answer and deal with any enquiries and to liaise with the other departments for any guest requests.

There is also administrative work required with the role to document client details and requests and also log any comments,complaints and to log the outcome.

– Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests,should this be required
– Supervise the concierge desk and reception and housekeeping teams keeping informed of hotel guest requirements
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
