Group Operations Manager – Cheshire
Working with this well known client operating a number of hotels and venues across the Cheshire area and who are presently looking to recruit for a Group Operations Manager to join their team.
Their portfolio includes hotels and gastro pubs and each location is unique in it’s offering and is operating with a great reputation in the areas they are based.
The client is now looking to continue the development of the group and to further develop the company portfolio through acquisitions.
The person they now see as key to their business is a Group Operations Manager that will work with the owners and the general management in each venue.
The key is to ensure each site is delivering great guest service as well as achieving the sales,budgets and EBITDA in line with the company targets and budgets.
You will work with each General Manager and be able to offer and support them in the day to day operations and assist them to work with their team and to ensure a consistency of service standards and with ongoing and training both as a group and individually with a career path available for each persons work in the group.
Also knowledge of working to financial targets for budgets that includes controlling costs through specific guidelines given to the management of each site,setting targets for wage costs,food and wet GPO margins as well as achieving specific targets for food hygiene and health and safety as well as EBITDA figures as per company policy.
Reporting details back to the owners with regular meetings with the management and Directors.
This is a role that would suit an individual from a private company background in hotels and to be involved is shaping the company moving forward.
£70k,benefits,bonus
