Head Chef North Wales nr Chester 

The client is recruiting for a Head Chef to join the management team in this 4 star hotel with super F&B facilities which includes a fine dine restaurant with 2 rosettes,C&B for up to 200 in largest suite.

The Head Chef will manage all day to day kitchen operations working with and supporting the team,also involved in menu planning,working with suppliers to negotiate rates and be inclusive with the team for assisting in this as well as planning and training all team members.
