Head Chef – Gloucester
This 4 star well established group based close to Gloucester are presently looking for a Head Chef to join their hotel team.
The hotel has great superbly appointed bedrooms and is a popular venue for weddings and events as well as having an award winning restaurant serving fresh seasonal food with modern British influences in all areas of the hotel.
As Head Chef you will be working with and managing the team to deliver a consistent high quality product in all areas of the hotel and to ensure that the team are working with you to achieve this.
Managing food costs and controls including all health safety matters as well as working to achieve the required food gross profit margins.
Reporting direct to the General Manager and as a key member of the hotel management team.
