General Restaurant Manager – Warwickshire  

Looking to recruit for this hotel for a new concept restaurant and the client is looking for a hands on General Restaurant Manager to lead the team and all front of house areas of the operation.

The restaurant is approx 150 covers offering a high end brasserie serving modern British food with all fresh produce with a focus on using local suppliers to display what is on offer in the area with seasonal items.

Serving breakfast,lunch and dinner and also with a beautifully appointed cocktail bar that offers light bites with the same concept and the restaurant and bar is offering a fine dining experience but in casual setting.

The hotel are looking to offer hotel guests something different from usual hotel restaurants and also be able to develop the venue within the local community,so ideally the person will have knowledge of developing this using social media platforms and show casing what is available.

Your experience of managing the day to day responsibility of achieving the highest standard of guest care at all times and all aspects of food and beverage services in the restaurant.

You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors and the ability to train and develop all team members to deliver the service standards required and also working with the Head Chef and kitchen team to assist and support and enhance the guest experience.

In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
