General Manager – Liverpool
Presently recruiting for a great developing business in the Liverpool area for a General Manager for a restaurant and bar operation.
Well located in a central area with business open all day and also offering a great food concept with a high end bar offering craft beers,cocktails etc.
The client is looking for a hands on General Manager to work with and lead a team and to ensure standards are maintained at all times.
Also to drive and deliver the required sales using your local knowledge of Liverpool and to network and also look to build a calendar of events of the year and to develop both food sales and the wet sales further developing the drinks side of the operation.
The team consists of approx 50 staff in total with a mix of full time and casual team members and attracts all levels of business including being popular with the lunch time trade and early evening market.
The operation is also very tech driven using latest tech for ordering for the guests and also to control and manage food and wet stocks to ensure targets are being achieved.
Report to the owners of the business who presently have a number of bars and restaurants and also the opportunity to develop your career with further expansion planned.
