Recruiting presently for this exciting new operation based in a great location on the Wirral for a hands on General Manager to lead the in this restaurant and wedding and events venue.
The operation consist of a 100 cover casual restaurant and also various rooms for events and weddings for up to approx 200 guests and also has super cocktail bar and lounge area.
This is a popular location in the area with the local clientele and also has a great reputation for weddings and events.
You will manage all aspects of the operations day to day and work with and assist the management team with various manages to support and assist and ensure a great guest experience.
Assisting the Assistant Manager,Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager,as well as the Head Chef and their respective teams.
The ability to train and develop staff at all levels and positions and to exceed guest expectations at all times.
Additionally you will also manage the the venue’s budget for targets that includes sales and revenue as well as the costs of the business including wage costs,food and wet GP margins and work in the targets set by the company directors.
