General Manager – West Midlands
This national group hotel operator are looking to recruit for a General Manager for their 100 + bedroom hotel in the West Midlands with close links to the major links across the UK.
The hotel has over 120 bedrooms with multin outlet F&B which consists of 100 cover restaurant,M&E in 6 rooms with the largest capacity of 200 guests and various boardrooms as well as main and function bars and popular leisure club with a large client base.
As General Manager your role is to lead and manage the day to day operations and team and to deliver the financial results as well as great customer feedback.
You will be a visible hands on Manager with the ability to lead and manage the team day to day and to ensure a high standard of guest care at all times.
The hotel offers great facilities to both corporate and leisure clients and has a high occupancy with 80% + throughout the week.
In addition you will be responsible for the sales,revenue and hotel P&L reporting direct to the Regional Director with regular visits and meetings to ensure delivery in all areas of the hotel.
£65k,benefits,bonus
