We are working with this new client who has operations across the UK and is presently looking for a hands on General Manager for this quaint venue based in a picturesque location in Surrey.
The sites has 50 bedrooms with 100 cover contemporary restaurant and bar as well as some M&E with the largest catering for up to 100 guests as well as other boardrooms.
The client is ideally looking for a hands on operator with good F&B knowledge to be able to drive and develop the food and beverage market and to compete with the local high street restaurants in the area as the hotel restaurant is aimed at offering similar style of food and service and attracts clients who are looking for the casual dining experience on offer at competitors.
The hotel has good occupancy and a high ARR and has both traditional bedroom stock as well as a recently added extension with further 20 + bedrooms and appeals to both leisure and corporate marketplace.
Leading the team with the support of a Deputy GM and team as well as Dual site Sales Manager along with central revenue the hotel has also had 40 weddings in 2018 so additional revenue streams.
Reporting to the Area Manager this is a great opportunity for an individual from a more relaxed pub with rooms/non branded hotel.
