General Manager – South Lincolnshire
Working with a new client who are presently looking for a hands on General Manager for their 4 star hotel in South Lincolnshire and ideally the person will have a working knowledge of the local market to drive and further develop the business.
The hotel is a stunning property that has 0ver 50 + bedrooms as well as superbly appointed F&B that consist of a 80 cover restaurant and also M&E in various rooms that caters to both the conference market and also a large venue for over 200 guests for events,weddings etc.
The person will need to be hands on to lead and drive the operation forward and also have the commercial mind set of a General Manager to be able to add value and drive revenues through bedrooms as well as the additional services in F&B.
