General Manager – Brighton/Portsmouth region
I am working with a client who is presently in a period of expansion and about to purchase another hotel to add to the group.
The hotel with 80 + bedrooms with 100 cover restaurant,M&E in 6 rooms with the largest for 150 guests and also offers full leisure and sap operation.
As General Manager you will oversee the day to day operations working with and supporting the teams to deliver in all areas of the hotel and looking to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.
The company are privately owned so it is very much being led by an experienced operator who enjoys the ability to have a great deal of autonomy and being able to lead the operation and direction being taken.
You will oversee all operational areas including sales,revenue and also financial areas reporting to a Director of the company with regular meeting initially and then a general weekly catch up going forward.
