General Manager – Dual site West Midlands & Berkshire
We are presently recruiting for this expanding hotel group with operations in the Berkshire and West Midlands who are recruiting for a Dual site General Manager to oversee both hotels.
The hotels have over 100 + bedrooms in the West Midlands venue that offers extensive F&B facilities that with a casual dining restaurant and also an additional dining restaurant open for dinner only,as well as fantastically designed areas for conferences,weddings events etc with leisure and spa also on site.
The hotel in Berkshire has 70 + bedrooms with a formal restaurant as well as 2 function suites with the largest for over 180 guests as well as smaller boardroom for 30.
The client is looking for a professional General Manager to work with and support the teams in each hotel with the each hotel having a hands on Operations Manager and respective teams to work with you.
The hotels operate within the local corporate and leisure markets and both are close to the major road networks as well as local facilities and tourist attractions of the areas.
As General Manager you will be able to drive and develop each venue and to be able to have a clear strategy on moving forward to achieve sales and revenue targets as well as managing costs,training teams etc.
You ideally have a branded hotel background with the ability of understanding the regional markets and to manage and develop sales working with the Area Sales and Regional Revenue Manager.
Supporting the team members and guiding through training and development as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the operation.
