General Manager Restaurant & Bar – Manchester
£50k,bonus,benefits,company pension
Presently working with this expanding restaurant and bar company and looking for their next superstar General Manager in great location close to the centre of Manchester.
The operation offers a variety of food and drink and is open from early am through to late nights with superb offerings for food and drink and has a great vibe to attract the local clientele in the area.
You will manage the day to day operation and work with and support the team to deliver the highest standards of food and service at all times.
This is a very busy operation and you will need to have the knowledge and experience of managing a business with sales of £2 M + per annum.
Great experience of managing and developing teams with ongoing training and to support all team members.
The team is approx 50 + across the whope operation with kitchen,bar and food service and a mix of casual and full time staff.
You will be able to manage all aspects of the operation and ensure great guest service at all times,also work to achieve the required company KPI’s and this includes managing the costs for labour,food and drink in line with company policy.
You will get support from Head Office for payroll,menus and also the online reservations for the business.
Report directly to the Directors and regular meetings to ensure working to develop the business and operation.
The group are presently expanding and opening new venues so the opportunity to develop your career is also available and they will support you with training and development.
