General Manager – Portsmouth region
This client is presently looking for a General Manager for this 4 star hotel with over 100 + bedrooms and award winning with leisure and spa facilities and benefits with having approx 500 + leisure members.
In addition to the bedrooms the hotel also has 10 M&E rooms for up to 200 in the largest suite along with various other boardrooms.
As General Manager you will oversee the day to day operations working with and supporting the teams to deliver in all areas of the hotel and looking to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.
The company are privately owned so it is very much being led by an experienced operator who enjoys the ability to have a great deal of autonomy and being able to lead the operation and direction being taken.
You will oversee all operational areas including sales,revenue and also financial areas reporting to a Director of the company with regular meeting initially and then a general weekly catch up going forward.
