I am recruiting for a superbly appointed 4 star + hotel in rural Oxfordshire for a dynamic hands on General Manager with knowledge and experience of high end award winning operations.
The offering consists of superb individually designed bedrooms coupled with a 2 rosette restaurant that offers local seasonal produce and also has fantastic offerings for weddings,events and conferences and has beautifully manicured gardens.
This is a day to day hands on role and the company are looking for the individual to be involved in the day to day management and as well to be able to develop the business further through sales,networking etc.
As General Manager you will also be able to manage all the hotel finances and budget and control costs to ensure the required profit margins are achieved and ideally the client would prefer the candidate to have some local market knowledge to be able to drive the business.
Reporting to the Regional Director this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a great challenge as well as career development.
