General Manager – nr Penrith
I am working with a well regarded professional hospitality company with operations across most of the UK within hotels,restaurants etc who are presently looking for one of their very high standard venues nr Penrith for a General Manager.
The operation consists of 20 + bedrooms with a 100 cover restaurant as well as outside area for both food and drink service that offers superb vistas of the local countryside and also great facilities.
The hotel has been previously a large family home and also has large gardens as well as wooded areas so great for walkers etc looking for that bespoke service.
This is a real opportunity to take ownership of this recently refurbished venue and to be able to lead and manage the operation day to day working hands on in all areas of the business.
Due to the location during summer season it can be over £50k per week split between,food,rooms and drink and then much quieter in the winter and attracts varied client including walkers,dog owners and the local market.
The person will need to be able to develop and drive the business as a whole and use their market experience and knowledge.
Reporting to the Regional Manager they can also offer on site living in a separate house with 3 bedrooms.
This is an opportunity for the person to join this growing group and also may suit a 1st time appointment.
