General Manager – Nr Newcastle
We are presently working with this client who has operations across the North West and North East regions with a mix of branded and non-branded hotels.
The client is actively looking for a hands on General Manager for 70 + bedroom branded hotel that also offers 80 cover restaurant,6 meeting rooms with the largest for over 200 as well as small leisure facility.
As indicated the client requires a GM who can lead from the front with the ability to manage the operation and team on a day to day basis with strong working experience of the F&B department as well as rooms,revenue and also to work to achieve financial targets.
The owner is also looking for an increase on YOY rooms revenue and as well the F&B areas of the hotel.
The hotel has good occupancy and a ARR and has both traditional bedroom stock and also plans for additional bedrooms and also a restaurant development.
Leading the team with the support of a F&B Manager and HOD’s and as well to manage revenue and to support the sales team to generate further sales.
