This privately owned hotel are presently looking to recruit for a General Manager to join their team.
The hotel has 70 + bedrooms,various F&B operations which include rosette restaurant,also C&B for up to 300 guests in the largest suite as well as bar & lounge open for all day dining and spa facilities.
The position requires the individual to be managing day to day operations with the team as well as having a clear strategy to be able to drive the hotel forward in the local marketplace in all areas with a focus in the wedding and events market as well as a location of choice for fine dining appealing to the local clientele.
The hotel has a good reputation in the market and the owners are looking to be able to increase the profile with the recruitment of this key position.
Reporting direct to the owners your role is to be the key holder of the hotel and have a clear path on how the operation moves forward,so understanding the market working in corporate,MICE as well as events and weddings and to price the business to achieve budgets and targets and the profit the owners are lookking to achieve from their investment.
