General Manager – North Yorkshire region
I am working with a well regarded professional company with operations across most of the UK within the hospitality market in hotels,restaurants,gastro pubs etc.
The company are at present seeking a key role within their portfolio,looking for one of their very high standard venues in the North Yorkshire for a General Manager.
The operation consists of a number of boutique bedrooms as well as an award winning restaurant as well as an attractive functional outside area that offers superb food,drinks and service and also great facilities.
The venue is rurally located and benefits with great road links to the area and offers guests good traditional food and drink served to a high standard and also the bedroom are furnished to very high standards.
This is a real opportunity to take ownership of this recently refurbished venue and to be able to lead and manage the operation day to day working hands on in all areas of the business.
The location is well suited to walkers and day trippers as well as having a great reputation in the local markets and the revenue is split between,food,rooms and drink.
The person will need to be able to develop and drive the business as a whole and use their market experience and knowledge.
Reporting to the Regional Manager with responsibility for all sales,finances,costs and P&L accounts.
This is an opportunity for the person to join this growing group and ideally come from a similar background within boutique hotels or gastro pubs.
