We are working with this small expanding group who are presently recruiting for a General Manager to oversee the day to day operations within their venues based in the North West.
The position will be to support and assist the operational teams at each site and work with the General Managers to deliver key areas which include service standards,sales and also the financial revenues to achieve forecasted business with Revpar,budgets and profit.
The sites are all individual that include bedrooms,multiple F&B outlets as well as leisure and spa facilities.
All of the operations have either recently been refurbished or have confirmed dates and works to take place in 2021 to ensure standards are in line with company overview in the marketplace.
The group also have aggressive expansion plans and this will also be in the North West and through acquisitions that match the owners vision for the company as it grows.
You will report to the Ops Director and a dotted line to the owners and this position would suit an individual who has experience of managing multiple properties as well as acquisitions and also project work through refurbs and repositioning.
